Refunds and Exchanges

We pride ourselves on making the best hand made items for your home. We also strive to treat our clients in the fairest way possible. If there is a problem caused by poor workmanship or faulty materials, please email us at in order to arrange the return of your product to us and we’ll repair or replace it for free. Obviously, normal wear and tear and damage caused by misuse or improper care is not included.
You may also return an item by following these steps:

1. Please notify Pet Project with a simple email at within 10 days of receiving your item(s), that you would like to return it.

2. Upon approval, send your item(s) in the original packaging within 10 days from our approval.

3. You must pay for the return shipment costs. You must also assure that the shipping method you choose will protect the item(s) from any damage caused during the shipment process.

4. You will receive a refund within 15 days from the day we receive the returned item. Please note that if the original packaging is not included or the item is not in the same condition as the condition it was sent or the same condition as you received it in, a deduction will be made similar to the devaluation of the item.
